Premier Easter Trail Washed Out
Easter Sunday saw the Super Rods at Warrnambool’s Premier Speedway Sungold Stadium for night three of the Max Dumesny Motorsports Super Rod Easter Trail, unfortunately it was the weather that won out seeing the night abandoned with Super Rods completing three heats.
In the first heat of the night, it was Jacob Pitcher who secured the win ahead of Jason Kavanagh and Howard Stansfield. It was a green to checker win for Jamie May in the second heat when he led home Dane Court and Peter Duynhoven. Jacob Pitcher claimed an all the ways win in heat three ahead of Kavanagh and Stansfield. The final heat took to the track before it became evident that the rain was making the track un-raceable. With the poor weather settling in the remainder of the meeting was abandoned.
The Super Rod Association would like to thank their Valued sponsors of this event.
